Desktop Support role within an investment bank. This is a Trade Floor Support role that will support a multi asset class trading floor, and will include supporting Market Data products. The role will also touch a variety of other technologies, to include Infrastructure, Networking, Application Support & Voice. The role will be based in the City 5 days per week on a two shift system (7am – 3pm and 11am - 7pm). The role will suit a second or third jobber with the ability to take ownership and stand on their own two feet. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour are essential.

Deep specialisation in Desktop Support in an environment where a wide range of technologies are supported.

Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred.

ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
