IT Support Analyst, Microsoft, Customer Service, 1st to 3rd line, Full time onsite

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a varied position where each day will be different working as an IT Support Analyst for a leading entertainment firm in the heart of London.

The role:

The IT Support Analyst provides technical support and advice to employees and will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of IT systems at

This includes but is not limited to the maintenance of Servers, Desktops, Software and Networking.

Provide support to users and customers to meet service requirements for Desktops, Billboard PCs, iPads and phones

Active directory and email teams

In-house applications and third-party applications

Required skills:

Operational experience supporting Active Directory, Windows Servers Desktops, Microsoft Office, Exchange Online, MS Teams

Experience with IT administration, managing confidential information and working to strict deadlines.

Effective organisational skills, ability to prioritise and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and deliver service excellence at all times

You must be able and willing to work 5 days a week onsite due to the nature of the work involved and company.
