IT Service Desk Analyst Full Time

The IT Service Desk works closely with other second line teams and plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with all customers. We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team to provide excellent first line IT support to staff and students. This role is the central point of contact for all IT incidents, problems and requests.




We anticipate the successful candidate to have:


  • At least 2 years’ experience working in IT services or IT helpdesk environment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong team player and yet able to work independently and manage own time and priorities

  • Good understanding and knowledge of Active Directory, Office365, Azure, operating systems

  • Ability to pick up new skill quickly and motivated to learn new skill
