End User Support Technician

We are looking for an End User Support Technician that will engage with the Service Desk to ensure effective filtration or resolution of incidents and service requests at source.
This is a full time office based role between our Knightsbridge store, and our Hammersmith head office.
About the Role
The End User Support Technician requires ownership of incidents, service requests and strong technical problem determination skills to ensure that issues are seen through to resolution in the most efficient way. At all times, the team needs to provide world class service that is tailored to the needs of our IT customers and maintain outstanding attention to detail to ensure that we offer robust & reliable solutions to our end users. Excellent time-management and organisational skills, the desire to continuously learn and improve plus a strong belief in the power of working as a team are all essential qualities.
You will also be required to perform preventative and continual service improvement initiatives to ensure we offer the best support to our business users, and maintain positive customer relations to resolve customer complaints and issues.
About You
As the End User Support Technician, you will have experience in technology support and be an expert in offering technical advice to 4000+ users across the business. You will have experience of resolving any complaints, escalations or conflicts in a professional and constructive manner. You will have experience in 2nd line support teams, including logging tickets and resolving business users issues and queries.
You will ideally have experience of active participation in the implementation of upgrades and developments of systems and services to End Users across the business.
