1st Line IT Support Analyst Full Time

We have a great opportunity to develop your service desk support skills and experience and play a key role in a high-quality IT support team.


You will be the initial point of contact for many of our reported IT incidents and requests as well as help to maintain our IT administration systems accurately.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Logging and resolving IT incidents and service requests via the IT service desk

  • Providing courteous telephone and face to face support

  • Supporting and troubleshooting all desktops, laptops, networking (wired and wireless), printers, scanners, applications and mobile devices throughout the business

  • Carrying out various network administration tasks, such as creating user logins, mailboxes, telephone extensions and hardware provision

  • Using Office 365 portal to manage our Exchange, Microsoft Teams and Teams-based telephony environment

  • Supporting remote workers and remote working tools such as VPN and Citrix

  • Assisting with Dynamics (CRM), and SharePoint related issues


About you


We are willing to develop somebody into this role, therefore a lack of experience is not a barrier if you have an aptitude for IT. Ideally, you will also have:



  • A demonstratable aptitude for delivering high quality customer service.

  • Aptitude, demonstrated self-learning or experience in IT support disciplines.

  • Aptitude, demonstrated self-learning or experience in portal-based administration tools, such as Office 365 administration.

  • Experience with computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
