Medication Management Solutions provides software and hardware solutions to support UK pharmacy teams in dispensing medication safely and efficiently. Our systems include robotic automation and specialist software tools to improve patient safety and workflow.
Role Summary
We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote support, troubleshooting, and occasional on-site setup and training. The role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, solid IT knowledge, and a passion for customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle remote support queries for our robotic and software systems
- Diagnose technical issues using remote access tools and product knowledge
- Log and track issues using helpdesk systems
- Configure and test systems during deployments
- Deliver remote (and occasional onsite) user training
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows, networking, and basic PC troubleshooting
- Organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Full UK driving licence
- (Preferred) Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or automated systems
