In the role of Corporate Affairs and Communications Intern your role will be pivotal in enhancing Ferrero’s external communications, public affairs, and media relations. You will be actively involved in monitoring political and regulatory developments, supporting stakeholder engagement initiatives, and contributing to key corporate and PR campaigns. Your work will not only help Ferrero communicate effectively across corporate, brand, and trade channels but also ensure that our messaging remains aligned with the evolving business and political landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Affairs and Communications Intern at Ferrero, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Affairs team in monitoring, analyzing, and communicating political, media, and corporate developments that impact Ferrero’s business. Your work will contribute to strengthening Ferrero’s relationships with key stakeholders, supporting public affairs initiatives, and amplifying the company's corporate narrative across digital platforms.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and providing updates on activities within the UK Houses of Parliament, UK government agencies, political parties, think tanks, NGOs, and pressure groups. You will support stakeholder engagement programmes by drafting correspondence with parliamentarians and liaising with parliamentary offices. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of key PR campaigns designed to communicate Ferrero’s corporate positions externally.
A crucial aspect of your role will be supporting the creation of content to amplify Ferrero’s story across corporate digital channels. You will also be responsible for producing weekly reports on political and media developments, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated within the business.
You will contribute to project management for Ferrero’s UK Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, supporting initiatives that align with the company’s sustainability and social impact commitments. Furthermore, you will assist in managing relationships with key external partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders to enhance Ferrero’s corporate affairs strategy.
Be involved in helping to organize Corporate Affairs events, ensuring smooth coordination and execution. Through this internship, you will gain valuable experience in corporate communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to Ferrero’s broader corporate strategy.

Ferrero are looking for the perfect fit for the Public Relations role which would be someone ideally has recently finished or is nearing the completion of a degree-level qualification, though we welcome applications from individuals with equivalent experience or skills in in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
Crucial to this role are excellent communication abilities and a flexible approach to engaging with a broad spectrum of individuals. A positive outlook, proactive behavior, high motivation, and genuine enthusiasm for Ferrero will be key to your success.
