Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking an IT Officer to support the seamless operation of our hotel’s technology systems with efficiency and expertise. You will play a crucial role in maintaining infrastructures, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality across all departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, values attention to detail, and is committed to delivering reliable IT support that enhances both associate productivity and guest experiences. This role is due to start in July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring all hotel systems, networks, and hardware function efficiently to support seamless operations.
• Support and guide associates, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a tech-savvy work environment.
• Manage IT security and compliance, ensuring data protection, system integrity, and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely maintenance, software updates, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with all departments, providing IT support that enhances efficiency, communication, and overall guest satisfaction.
