As part of the Macquarie Asset Management Transformation team, you will be helping craft the enterprise transformation story and communicating the initiatives underway and the impact of these initiatives across the broader Macquarie Asset Management business. Additionally, you will be planning presentations and engagements at divisional townhall events and Macquarie Asset Management wide global events to showcase the digitalsation projects. You will collaborate with Digital Solution Owners to help generate excitement and increase adoption of transformation efforts across Macquarie Asset Management. What you offer

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in internal communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
