As SourceWhale’s first dedicated Brand Designer, you’ll report directly into the VP Marketing. You'll own the visual identity of the brand across multiple channels. From web design, digital marketing assets, and sales collateral to motion graphics and event branding, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling assets that engage our audience and elevate our brand.


Day in the Life

  • Develop & maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital and print material.
  • Design for digital channels, including website assets, landing pages, ads, emails, and social media.
  • Create visually compelling sales & marketing materials, such as case studies, one-pagers, decks, and whitepapers.
  • Develop motion graphics and animated assets for product launches, webinars, and social media.
  • Own creative direction for branding at events, trade shows, and customer activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to support various initiatives.
  • Push the boundaries of creativity while ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.


Who You Are

  • Experience preferably in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
  • A portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital design, motion graphics, and marketing collateral.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Understanding of digital marketing design, including best practices for ads, email, and social media.
  • Strong attention to detail -you take pride in pixel-perfect designs.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy, ensuring designs drive engagement and conversion.
  • Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


What Sets You Apart

  • Experience working for a RecTech/SalesTech organization.
  • Motion graphics/video editing skills.
  • Experience using Canva.
