p b Role & Responsibilities: /b /p ol li b Marketing Strategy /b ol li Develop communication strategy aligning with the objectives of the company. /li li Develop brand book to ensure consistent brand messaging. /li /ol /li li b Channel Identification & Budget Management /b ol li Identify the most effective online and offline marketing channels. /li li Allocate and manage the marketing budget across various channels to maximize ROI. /li /ol /li li b Team Leadership /b p Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, including copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing executives. /p /li li b Campaign Management /b ol li Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. /li li Brainstorm and contribute ideas for advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and quality & quantity of leads. /li li Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. /li li Lead generation experience. /li /ol /li li b Marketing Material Oversight /b p Oversee and approve all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. /p /li li b Copywriting /b ol li Craft engaging and persuasive copy for both print and digital mediums, including brochures, posters, social media creatives, websites, and more. /li li Develop written content such as blog posts, articles, and press releases that align with Northeast Chit Funds brand identity. /li /ol /li li b SEO /b ol li Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic. /li li Conduct keyword research, analyze search trends, and identify opportunities to optimize content for search engines. /li li Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging. /li li Monitor website performance, search engine rankings, and user engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts. /li /ol /li li b Cross-Functional Collaboration /b p Work closely with sales, product development, and finance departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. /p /li li b Industry Knowledge & Innovation /b p Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate and improve marketing efforts. /p /li /ol p b Preferred Candidate Profile: /b /p ol li Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. /li li Proven experience of 5-7 years in a marketing role with appropriate lead generation experience, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies. /li li Strong understanding of marketing principles. /li li Excellent leadership and team management skills. /li li Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. /li li Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. /li li Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. /li li Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. /li li Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices. /li /ol
