Key Responsibilities:
Network Administration:
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot local and WiFi networks
- Configure, install and maintain network hardware including laptops, routers, switches and firewalls
- Review, recommend and implement network security access controls and protocols
- Monitor and test Veeam backups
- Support CTI UK to achieve Cyber Essentials Gold accreditation in 2025
User Management:
- Provide Line 1/Line 2 Support to end-users
- Manage the IT network/user issues raised on the ticketing system
System Security
- Perform routine vulnerability scans
- Review the SIEM logs and report to Operations Manager on any issues
- Run quarterly Phishing campaigns from the M365 environment
- Manage the M365 tenant environment including security, compliance and endpoint management etc.
- Run internal Cyber Awareness training on quarterly basis
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Windows Network environment
- A good knowledge of M365 Endpoint Security & Compliance Management, Tennable and Trellix applications.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
