Role Overview

We are currently looking for a credit controller with residential experience to join an existing team. The candidate should possess a positive, can do and proactive approach to this dynamic role. The role involves working within a Client focused team. The individual will have the responsibility to manage their own portfolio. High volume of calls are required and the role involves working with debt recovery agents, bailiffs and solicitors. Liaising with a large number of both internal Clients and external tenants is a daily requirement so a high level of professionalism must be maintained at all times.

Team Overview


Working within our city office near Liverpool Street Station, amongst a team of experienced credit controllers who manage a mixed-use portfolio of clients. The team are dynamic, diverse and extremely friendly and approachable, and our ethos is to deliver. We provide an enhanced level of service which includes, reporting, client engagement, and aged debt analysis in a KPI driven environment.

This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
