Overview: Bell Integration is going through a rapid transformation to focus on enabling its customers in their full digital transformation to include AI and IOT. This transformation involves a period of acquisition and divestment as well as a total restructure in order to focus on high margin revenue streams. As a result, it is critical to transform the Bell finance function to be agile and support the business’ future needs. Bell will need an FP&A team member to business partner its brand-new division on professional services Technology and Modern Workplace.
The role will require someone that has a clear focus, with a clear point of view and can drive change in a fast-paced tech industry. It will also require a higher focus on providing full business partnering to the Executives, to move away from a focus on reporting the past, to providing analysis and insight to enable decisions for the future.
The FP&A Manager will support the finance function and the Head of FP&A into achieving analytical capabilities to stir the business in the right direction. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Actual results monthly reporting, revenue accounting for fixed price, T&M and milestones,
- Monthly reporting of revenue and gross margin by customer, deal, type – Actual and Forecast
- Clear understanding of the results versus forecast and budget, deal by deal, meaningful insights into the variances, analytical review capabilities
- Prepare month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly Forecast for the Tech and MWP (Modern Workplace – managed services), working close to the revenue leader to understand the forward load/planner and pipeline
- Support inputs into the Annual Operating Budget for Tech and MWP
- Develop, maintain and run financial models for day-to-day operation and perform analysis
- Existing KPIs data management and building further metrics
- Assist in preparation of management accounts and reporting for all Bell entities, reconciling prior month accruals and the time sheets compliance
- Develop a culture of Business Partnering with the key stakeholder.
- Proven post qualified experience – ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Commercial accountant with business partner experience
- Preferable to have worked in a Technology company/Services company
- Experience of using Navision/Microsoft Dynamics BC an advantage
- Financial analysis and data trending proven experience
- Advanced excel skills in financial modelling
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
