We are looking for a freelancer to join us for 6 months with the scope to renew the contract.
uD83EuDDD1uD83CuDFFDuD83DuDCBB What you’ll do:
- You are responsible for paid marketing activities and for the pipeline number sourced from paid channels. Understanding our target audience and driving campaigns to efficiently engage with them is key
- You will execute paid marketing campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads - working with our Growth Marketing team to maintain an exceptional quality of campaign execution - for new builds, restructures, and integrated messaging refreshes
- You will proactively optimise results from limited budget to achieve pipeline targets and to build strong business cases for scaling investment
- You will analyse performance data (both in-channel and offline) to uncover opportunities across creative, audience, bidding, geographic, and landing page segments - and communicate these insights in a clear and focused format to help inform strategy
- You will conduct structured experimentation to accelerate learning
- You will collaborate with the wider marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns and best practices
- You will take ownership of day to day account hygiene, including but not limited to budget pacing, search query relevance, ad approval, and monitoring of leading performance metrics
- You will actively communicate to build relationships, align expectations, and adapt to changing priorities within the Growth Marketing team
- ️ What you’ll need:
- You bring at least 3 years experience in building and executing growth methodologies across various tactics and channels (Google Ads/LinkedIn) , B2B experience and SaaS preferred
- You have a deep understanding of how to create, manage and measure long-running integrated test programs, and short-term A/B conversion tests
- You are an experienced user of systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Wordpress, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics etc.
- You can see the bigger picture as good as translating the objectives into the necessary steps to succeed in your role: enable and document optimisation processes and iterations
- You have experience with Google Looker Studio
- You are interested in learning about strategy and want to keep improving your execution capabilities, with a strong focus on demand generation and revenue goals
- You love numbers and use your analytical skills to thrive performance
- You have an understanding of integrated marketing and the entire marketing mix
- You bring a proven track record in managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams
- You have a 'no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small' attitude
- You are fluent in German and English
