Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Hybrid – Work from Home & Client Site)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 base + Bonus + Equity + Extensive Benefits

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join a leading technology and business services firm, delivering cutting-edge solutions to public sector clients. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, delivering, and integrating complex software solutions
- Providing technical leadership and governance across large-scale IT projects
- Engaging with key stakeholders to align business needs with technology solutions
- Ensuring risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes
- Documenting and communicating architectural decisions effectively Supporting clients through their digital transformation journey
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong track record in solution architecture and software project delivery
✅ Experience in systems integration, governance, and risk management
✅ Excellent stakeholder communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
✅ Previous client-facing experience in a consulting or enterprise environment
✅ Ability to design high-level solution architecture (DD/HLD)
✅ Security Clearance (SC) is essential – candidates must have been UK residents for the last 5 years with no extended periods outside the UK
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Understanding of public sector IT environments
