Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Accounts Assistant to join and shape the accounting functions within our growing organisation. Reporting to the accountancy lead, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and contribute to the success of one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process invoices, payments and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain accurate financial records and data entry.
· Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding payment queries.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
· Handle administrative tasks related to finance, such as filing and document management.
Skills & Experience Required:
· Proficient in Microsoft programmes.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills.
· Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
