Management Accountant - Fast-Growing Hospitality Brand
Fast growing hospitality brand is looking for an ambitious and dynamic management accountant to join our team and be part of our exciting growth journey. Based in the heart of Notting Hill, our business is at the forefront of the dining revolution, delivering exceptional culinary experiences with sustainability at its core.
This is an opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a rapidly expanding brand, working closely with our dynamic team to ensure our vision is not only delicious but financially sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, handling payments utilising modern accountings systems such as Dext, Xero, Telleroo.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card and expenses transactions, including intercompany account reconciliations to statements.
- Prepare and analyse management accounts – P&L statements, balance sheets and cashflow forecasts, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Quarterly VAT returns preparation and submission.
- Manage monthly payroll, including monthly HMRC notifications, PAYE & NIC payments, pensions, P45’s, annual reporting of P60s and P11Ds.
- Provide accurate year end accounts information ready for the compilation of annual statutory accounts and corporation tax computations by an external accountant.
The successful candidate is required to have:
- Relevant qualification within the accountancy field
- 1 years minimum of hospitality industry experience
- Microsoft Office with enhanced Excel competency
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
