The role: Reporting to the Partnerships FP&A Manager, this role is key to support all our Monthly & Business Cycle Activities within Commercial FP&A. Duties & Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and compliant P&L reporting.
- Provide clear and insightful P&L analysis to leadership and the Partnerships Team.
- Conduct performance gap analysis and offer data-driven recommendations for growth.
- Support budgeting and strategic planning cycles (10-year, 3-year, and 1-year plans).
- Translate strategic plans into clear commercial budgets with key performance targets.
- Develop financial models to support long-term business growth.
- Assess and validate commercial investment opportunities.
- Track key business projects and regularly review their financial performance.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in trade marketing, sales, revenue management, and logistics to align on business goals.
- Coach and develop a team member based in Bangalore, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist in key monthly reporting activities, including volume updates, financial results, and target tracking.
- Prepare presentations and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as digital transformation and knowledge sharing.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering (Master’s degree or accounting qualifications are a plus).
- Experience in financial performance management within FMCG or the beverage industry.
- Exposure to commercial finance, pricing strategy, or financial analysis is a plus.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Deep understanding of FMCG sales and commercial levers.
- Experience with business case development and corporate finance calculations (DCF, NPV, IRR, Payback).
- Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and compelling way.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
