Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to define and grow RIXO’s social presence, taking our organic platforms to the next level. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social & Content Executive to help shape and execute a forward-thinking, social-first strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, capturing compelling content, and fostering community connections—all while staying true to RIXO’s signature aesthetic and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Lead daily engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Manager and wider marketing team to develop & execute a comprehensive, social-first strategy that amplifies key campaigns across all platforms.
- Write and edit captions and copy to maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Plan & schedule posts, ensuring timely and cohesive content across all platforms.
- Keep RIXO’s social presence is on-brand, ensuring profiles remain fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Stay ahead of the curve—monitor trends and emerging platforms to keep RIXO at the forefront of digital culture.
Content Creation & Production
- Strategize, brainstorm and brief creative assets, assisting with graphic design when needed.
- Develop and capture engaging, social-first campaigns, including BTS, storytelling, and influencer content.
- Tap into cultural and social trends to create highly shareable, trend-driven content.
- Support the wider team in casting talent, sourcing locations and props to bring RIXO’s creative vision to life.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Manager to produce authentic, on-brand content for all platforms.
- Manage and organize content using RIXO’s image database (DASH) to ensure accessibility and consistency.
Performance & Reporting
- Track engagement and growth across all platforms, identifying key opportunities for improvement.
- Compile analytics reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct industry research to inform and refine social strategy.
About You
- 2-3 years of experience in social media and content creation.
- A creative storyteller with a deep passion for fashion, digital content, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma, with strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar platforms).
- A strategic mindset, blending creativity with data insights to drive engagement and growth.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and brand-aligned messaging.
- Confident in front of the camera and comfortable engaging with online audiences.
Bonus Skills (not essential):
- Proven photography and videography skills.
- Preferred experience working in house in a premium fashion business working in a similar brand.
- Experienced content creator and comfortable occasionally featuring in content.
