The Role

As Head of IT and Facilities, you will play a key role in supporting teams across Trivallis to deliver a first-class IT function to our stakeholders.

We want to be an organisation that is easy to do business with, one that puts technology at the centre of how we deliver customer-centric services.

Working closely with colleagues from different departments, you will lead on the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, networks and cyber security, support desk and facilities arrangements ensuring we are operating as effective and as safely as possible, helping us drive the business forward using technology as a key enabler.


About You

You will be technically competent and will have extensive experience of developing and delivering IT services and will be familiar with latest technologies and developments in areas such as cyber security. An experienced team manager, and will help drive our performance whist being rooted in our values. You will be able to translate complex technical issues into clear language as you will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from across our organisation.
