Your opportunity

• Contribute and work closely with the Technology Team to the development of the finance platform, assisting with requirements gathering and team prioritisation
• Assist / own financial models and associated analysis. This may include:
  • Monthly management reporting packs
  • Monthly rolling P&L forecasts
  • Peer benchmarking survey submissions and results
  • Consolidation of JHG forecast presentation packs for ExCo and Board
  • 5 year financial model updates (P&L and cash flow)
  • Revenue and Flow and regular reporting of allocated revenue and net new money
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Ad hoc analysis as required
• Work in partnership with Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations and HR teams where required to deliver on wider Finance objectives
• Assist with verification of external results
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills

• Advanced competency with Excel and Powerpoint
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Ability to understand the technology ecosystem and the interdependency of different systems
• Project management skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work on own initiative
• Be able to work under pressure and deliver quality work within tight deadlines
• Be able to present complex financial information effectively and simply
• Be able to identify and implement improvements to existing process
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge, influence and manage senior stakeholders
• Ability to work efficiently within a global team
