At Amber Beverage UK, we are building a talented, ambitious and motivated Finance team who are striving to make a genuine contribution to the growth of the business.
We are looking for a Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable to be part of this journey and build their experience and skills while working in a fantastic environment.
What kind of things will I be doing?
- Ownership of the sales ledger
- Invoice processing
- Journal processing
- Rebates calculation & accruals
- Reconciliations
- Creating internal order for marketing spend
- Review and post employee claims
- Providing inputs into the weekly payment run
- Dealing with external and internal AP queries by phone and email
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Investigating and resolving outstanding AP items
Some experience in a similar role will help you hit the ground running. We are open minded on what that experience could be but you will need to articulate why you think that you can fulfil the key tasks we have detailed.
What kind of person am I?
Attention to detail and a thorough approach will be absolutely essential, and you will really enjoy making sure everything you do is accurate and completed on time. You will love working as a team and coming up with solutions together, always thinking of better ways of doing things. You will either hold an accountancy qualification or be in the process of completing one.
