Retail Media Marketing Manager FTC Full Time

We have a newly created role of Retail Media Marketing Manager to join us on a 12 month FTC contract.
You’ll own the end-to-end bespoke planning and execution pillar of Wickes Connected Retail Media proposition. This is an exciting, varied role in a newly created area that is developing at pace to realise and scale the opportunity! It will include developing and embedding process, meeting with prospective brand partners, evolving multi-channel campaigns to briefing channel owners to implement and evaluate client campaigns. You’ll be managing clients and internal stakeholders at all stages of the process.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in marketing or with agency experience. You’ll be experienced in the development and production of full-funnel marketing campaigns with high commercial acumen and budget management. You’ll be experienced managing cross-functional stakeholders as well as leading and inspiring peers and agencies. As well as this you’ll have:
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to evolve & deliver documents such as Briefs, Business Cases, Management Reports, and Budget
  • Project management experience
  • The ability to interpret data and insight and use this to drive communication plans
  • Detailed knowledge of Full TTL comms mix
  • Research experience
  • The ability to be decisive and be comfortable with ambiguity
