What we need:

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Account Director to manage the day-to-day business for a large client. In this role you’ll leverage your expertise in loyalty marketing and be part of a cross-functional team of discipline experts working to develop and ensure the effective implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for our client.


What you’ll do:

  • Build, grow and maintain strong client relationships, working toward mutually beneficial and productive partnerships
  • Drive business success for clients by providing sound strategic direction and leading the agency team to deliver outstanding marketing communications solutions
  • Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences
  • Identify business opportunities and customer experience improvements across channels, develop strategic implementation plans to bring big ideas to life
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategic concepts in an omni-channel environment
  • Lead and manage agency resources to provide best-in-class service to our client
  • Provide leadership and motivation to the team about the work and the account
  • Drive strong category understanding, ensuring marketing solutions are grounded in strategic customer insights and industry-specific knowledge through continuous learning
  • Occasional travel, approximately once per quarter

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 10 years multi-channel marketing experience, agency environment
  • Experience in Co-brand, CRM, and loyalty marketing
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Solid experience developing and implementing marketing strategy using multi-channel (includes digital, direct, print, and emerging media)
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate cross-functional teams throughout all project phases
  • Excellent negotiation skills, including the ability to manage multiple and conflicting needs to a mutually agreeable solution
  • Takes a positive approach to change and can quickly adapt when new business challenges are present
  • Shows confidence leading client presentations and cross-functional team meetings
  • Is able and willing to flex up or down on job responsibilities if account needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relevant experience

Pay Range

$75,000—$180,000 USD
