About You

More than any specific list of skills or qualifications, we are looking for a Solutions Architect who loves technology, and can contribute their opinions to drive through the entire Project lifecycle. We want individuals who bring something unique, in technical knowledge, experience or mindset.

Experience & Skills needed in the role

You provide consultancy services to clients

You develop strategies, business cases and deliver hands-on consultancy for clients.

Build strong and trusted relationships with clients in order to create the conditions for teams to challenge a brief, think creatively and test out new ways of doing things.

Work with our clients to define the technology direction of projects and programmes.

Help organisations achieve positive outcomes that ultimately benefit their people and customers.

Develop strategies, business cases and deliver hands-on consultancy for clients.

You enable business development through interpretation of client briefs into sound technical proposals and present them clearly and effectively

You interpret client briefs and with minimal information form sufficient strategic thinking as to be able to define a viable solution.

You are able to draw upon knowledge of our previous agency experience and talk confidently about solutions we have created in the past.

You demonstrate a good understanding of the needs of typical stakeholders that we have to sell to, such as information technology heads, marketing heads, CMS users and product owners.

You provide high quality written input to proposals and pitch content.

You are capable of selling the solutions you define, yourself and our services.

You are a competent technical architect able to develop complex systems to support client requirements

You provide initial technical triage and assessment of project viability to inform new business qualification decisions.

You produce sound and deliverable technical concepts, approaches and strategies for new business proposals.

You plan and run technical workshops, mapping out client digital estates and developing and presenting findings and recommendation reports.

You are comfortable consulting with senior technical staff, heads of departments and product owners in our client organisations.

You have a sound understanding of our key web technology platforms and frameworks.

You are comfortable with designing both classic design and build projects as well as microservices, API first approaches and the use of decoupled web frontends.

You recommend, design and run technical spikes to develop proof of concepts as necessary.
