You’ll play a key role in installing, managing, maintaining, and supporting of all Abri’s IT systems, making sure they run smoothly and securely. You’ll provide expert support and guidance to make sure our systems are secure, scalable, and efficient.

We're looking for someone who has a wide range knowledge including Microsoft Windows server technologies, Office365, Azure, VMware, enterprise storage, good networking knowledge and AVD and an excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Not got all those skills? If you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role, you may still have what it takes!

Our team specialises in the IT infrastructure for the business, offering proactive support to ensure the maintenance and security of hardware, networks, and systems. We also seamlessly execute technical projects for the business.

You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.

As part of our proactive approach in the team, we like to do some early morning checks as part of a rota, on those weeks we'd need you to start at 07:30, but you also get to finish early too! (this can be discussed at the interview stage)

You'll join a growing team with a successful track-record in delivery and you'll be working collaboratively with stakeholders in the business with a range of skillsets to deliver new features and maintain our existing products, with a focus on high-quality customer-centric value, agile methods and high-impact innovations.
