- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Prepare detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and databases.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management principles is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus but not mandatory.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
