Job Summary
We are seeking someone to establish new referrals for the team and manage account reconciliation according to audit standards. The position entails handling payments connected to established care packages and maintaining precision in financial documentation. Candidates need to convey process requirements to clients to clarify and simplify them before submitting reconciliations for payment.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing new referrals for the team.
  • Balancing accounts according to audit standards.
  • Handling payments associated with contracted care packages.
  • Interacting with clients to clarify and streamline reconciliation procedures.
  • Occasionally meeting clients to help with account reconciliation.
  • Confidently addressing customer inquiries via phone.
  • Managing difficult customers while staying composed and assertive

Qualifications

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in IT software, such as Excel spreadsheets, word processing applications, and email functionalities.
  • Capability to use computer systems with conventional software applications.
  • Proficient keyboard abilities.
  • Skills in prioritizing organizational tasks and workload.
  • A collaborative individual with strong reading and math abilities.
  • Precision with figures, careful observation, and managing additional data.
  • Robust analytical abilities and proactivity in task completion.
  • Capability to address the requirements of various client groups

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 13 weeks

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
