Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working
with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations.
Follow and delivery of solutions in Email Studio 2.
Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile
Studio Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize
further.
Experience in reporting and analysing email activity using Email Studio reports and
Journey Builder.
Proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein
Engagement.
Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or
data sources.
Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment,
and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models.
Good experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email
Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud
Pages and Mobile Studio.
Experience with Interaction Studio and the ability to handle UI tasks, such as Web
campaign management.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- SFMC email Specialist (must have)
- SFMC administrator (must have)
- SFMC consultant (bonus)
- SFMC developer (bonus)
Required
Knowledge of 1+ of the 6 programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or Javavscript, SQL (Query Studio experience) Or Guide Template Language).
Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community and management of certifications Desirable • Implementation experience of Datarama, Interaction Studio, Salesforce CDP, Advertising Studio, Loyalty Management
Experience of leading/mentoring and or facilitating knowledge sharing in a class/workshop setting
SF Einstein and AI/ML exposure and usage
Web design and UI experience
Experience working with JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams
