Performance Marketing Manager Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of developing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive leads, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, including target audience identification, competitive analysis, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Brand Building: Elevate and refine our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, events) to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, infographics) to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and tools that support the sales process.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success as a marketing leader, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS marketing principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £49,854.00-£52,918.00 per year
