Senior Change Manager (Contract – Hybrid, IT Infrastructure Transformation) Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support the delivery of an IT infrastructure transformation programme. This contract role requires strong leadership in managing team members and supporting multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth transitions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of IT infrastructure changes across multiple workstreams.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to change management team members.
  • Assess the impact of change on various business areas and develop tailored strategies to manage resistance.
  • Design and implement clear communication and engagement plans for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate training, workshops, and support initiatives to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and business leaders to align on change objectives, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor change adoption, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the transformation on track.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager, particularly in IT infrastructure transformation programmes.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team while overseeing multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to navigate complex change scenarios.
  • Experience in hybrid working environments, balancing remote and on-site engagement.
  • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are advantageous but not essential.
