Who are you?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and intuitive marketing executive to join our central marketing team working across all of our agency brands with a particular focus on internal and digital communications.


We’re going through a period of rapid and exciting growth and are looking for someone to help us build on that growth by sharing our story with our clients, our prospects, our people and the industry at large.


To be successful in this role, you’ll be:

  • Creative: you’re brimming with ideas and can demonstrate strong, versatile and compelling writing ability across a variety channels.
  • Organised: You keep your cool under pressure and are committed to delivering the best results possible, irrespective of tight deadlines. You’re experienced in juggling multiple projects at once and able to prioritise, multitask and manage your time efficiently.
  • Relationship-driven: you’re great at building connections, lifting others up and communicating expectations clearly. Managing senior stakeholders doesn’t phase you and persuading others to lean into agency marketing activity is second nature to you.
  • Adaptable: you don’t believe in the word can’t. You’re ready to hit the ground running, test new approaches and learn new skills. The idea of balancing different projects and priorities is exciting to you, as is keeping up with a rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Results-focused: You believe in outcomes over outputs and strive to deliver a constant business impact in everything you do.

This is an entry level position so no formal experience is required, but tell us if you’ve got experience in:


  • A B2B marketing role or elsewhere in the media, advertising, or technology industries
  • Crafting internal communications for businesses
  • Understanding of social media, performance media, commerce technology, sports marketing and/or the wider digital landscape
  • Project and /or event management
  • Copywriting for different professional audiences
  • Creating, measuring and optimising digital content
  • Managing CMS systems
  • CRM and email marketing tools (bonus points for Hubspot)
  • Google Analytics
  • Creative software such as Figma, Canva or Adobe InDesign

Your role


Every day is different in the marketing team (that’s one of the reasons we love it…) but some of your core responsibilities include:

  • Owning the delivery of all internal communications—from compiling and writing our bi-weekly newsletter, to pulling together content for our monthly all hands meetings, running our quarterly all company Town Halls and supporting various social and cultural initiatives— while managing internal design, copy, editor and developer resources and communicating outcomes to senior stakeholders efficiently.
  • Delivering our group level client communications and marketing activity including monthly newsletters, cross-business thought leadership and client events.
  • Supporting our Communications Manager with our awards calendar, working with teams to craft entries, create compelling supporting assets and proofing, editing and submitting entries.
  • Managing bravebison.com and socialchain.com, ensuring our case studies, insights, investor information and core agency messaging remains up to date and working with our in-house developers to make iterative improvements to ensure the websites remains operational and future-fit.
  • Managing our monthly reporting activity to ensure we’re always measuring and optimising our output through the lens of the strategic outcome we want to achieve.
  • Galvanising the wider agency to lean into our marketing activity and getting more voices from across the business contributing and sharing our successes back into the business at large.
  • Supporting with our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Supporting the wider growth team in effectively managing our new business activity within Hubspot (our CRM system), working with them to connect all marketing activity back to business growth.
