PolyMAT is seeking a Media Resources & Marketing Officer. This role will be responsible for the management, development, and organisation of the Media Resource Centre for Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls.

We currently have three schools in our Trust: Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, a long-successful boys’ school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls that opened in 2019, and Bannockburn Primary School, a large successful primary that joined the Trust on 1st November 2023. Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Media Resources & Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will report to the Business Manager and will be responsible for effectively managing, developing, and organising the Media Resource Centre to support the teaching and learning of all students. Additionally, this role will involve providing marketing resources for use within the school and promoting the school to both the local and wider communities.

Key Requirements:

  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure
  • Previous experience is not essential
  • Confidence, supportive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous
