About The Role
We are looking for a Email & Digital Marketing Executive to join our welcoming and diverse global marketing team. Based in the London office, this role will be part of our email and digital marketing centre for excellence, working with marketers to apply best-in-class digital marketing standards to our communications.
You should be a confident individual able to work and communicate with a busy global marketing team as this will be a daily part of your role.

Responsibilities:- Configure and execute emails and digital marketing campaigns in Marketo, ensuring best practices for optimal deliverability.
- Build data selections to pull target audiences, based on briefs from the product marketing team.
- Implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates across email and websites.
- Support the APAC Marketing Lead to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
- Apply website enhancements to improve customer journeys and drive SEO initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with a global marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of projects.
- Support wide-scale digital marketing projects, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business goals.
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential- Data literate – experience with segmentation, database management, and campaign tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in direct and digital marketing metrics and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Working knowledge of social media platforms for marketing
Desired
- Hands-on experience with email deployment systems, website CMS, or digital marketing tools
- Some knowledge or experience in the events industry
- Understanding of financial markets
- A proven track record of enhancing digital marketing performance, with demonstrated success in improving conversion rates across email, website, and social media campaigns
