About the Role:
As an E-commerce Customer Service & Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and have access to the information they need. This involves accurately identifying customer part requirements, providing top-notch support via email and phone, and maintaining our extensive online product catalog.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify customer parts needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via email and telephone.
- Create and edit product listings on our website.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in software applications including Photoshop, Outlook, and Excel.
