In this pivotal role, you will:

• Conjure seamless IT support: Oversee the IT support desk, empowering a high-performing team to deliver swift and effective solutions to our users.
• Guard the realm of technology: Ensure our network and server infrastructure are robust and secure, warding off cyber threats with cutting-edge defences.
• Empower users with technological prowess: Provide expert technical guidance, troubleshooting challenges with finesse and training employees on the latest tools and technologies.
• Uphold the highest standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining the highest level of integrity.
• Lead a team of tech sorcerers: Mentor and inspire a talented team of IT Support Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• CompTIA A+ or similar IT service desk related qualification
• At least 3 years of experience weaving your magic as an IT leader.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Azure and SharePoint.
• A proven track record of success with Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
• A profound understanding of corporate networks and their intricate workings.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to elegantly navigate any challenge.
• A collaborative spirit and an insatiable thirst for knowledge in the ever-evolving world of technology.
