Working hours: 27 hours per week. (peripatetic working position, with a minimum requirement each week to be in the office 40%).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and committed individual to join the Salvation Army Debt Advice Team.
In this rewarding role, you will provide a service that is both caring and professional as you support our clients to become debt free.
Key Responsibilities:
Supported by the Salvation Army’s national Debt Advice Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a case load of clients supporting them in finding a debt solution and helping them to maximise their income and minimise their expenditure. Ensuring all advise given meets regulatory requirements.
To be successful you will have the ability and desire to train as a debt adviser, good communication skills are essential in this position, in addition to administration, IT and advisory experience. You will also understand and be willing to work within the missions of the Salvation Army. (We will consider part time working for the right candidate)
