Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Test Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Workday's functionalities and be able to provide expert guidance on system architecture and integration. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients maximise the benefits of their Workday implementations, enhancing their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Design and implement system architecture that aligns with client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide expertise in configuring Workday modules, including but not limited to Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management.
- Conduct thorough testing of the Workday system to ensure functionality meets client specifications.
- Offer ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues that arise.
- Stay updated on the latest Workday features and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
Skills
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- System architecture design and implementation
- Kubernetes for container orchestration
- VPN technologies for secure remote access
- AWS cloud services for scalable infrastructure solutions
- Java programming for custom integrations and enhancements
- Pegasystems for business process management solutions
- MySQL for database management and queries
- UNIX operating systems for server management
- CSS for front-end development tasks related to user interfaces
- Firewall configurations to ensure network security
