Trade Support Engineer

Currently representing a financial services institution that are after Trade Support Specialists / End User Engineers to join their on-site office in London.
This is a contract role, inside IR35 and looking for individuals who are able to work on site in this support role.
This candidate will:
– Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at different technical levels including traders on the trading floor
– Have experience with Market Data Systems, such as Bloomberg, LSEG, ICE etc
– Respond to and log tickets from end users, offering them support solutions for hardware and software
– Have experience working in a highly regulated environment – ideally financial services
– Have experience across Microsoft applications including Azure AD, SCCM and Office 365
– Have experience with AV technologies
– Have exposure to AWS
