Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with accounting principles.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
- Utilise accounting software such as Sage to streamline financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software including Sage
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent skills in financial accounting and reporting.
