Finance Systems Implementation Lead – Salary 90,000 to 110,000 This is a great job for someone / Are you someone who / Do you love to Are you someone that is as comfortable in the depths of a detailed implementation plan as communicating high level messages to key stakeholders? Can you join the dots across multiple projects to identify and manage the risks and dependencies? Do you have the experience of working with multiple IT platform teams, Finance system users and other change professionals? This is a great job for someone with project management experience looking to specialise in Finance Systems implementations A bit about the job:

• The Group Finance Systems team is responsible for the global design of shared accounting, reporting and reconciliation systems that are used across UK, Ireland and Canada
• The team reports into the Head of Group Finance Systems and leads a number of projects to implement and further enhance the suite of finance systems and data platforms
• The Implementation Lead role sits in the Group Finance Systems team, but works just as closely with IT colleagues, and is needed to help deploy changes to our Global Finance systems
• The successful candidate will be allocated across the larger change projects and will be expected to own the implementation planning and associated dependency management; the role will also feed into Release Management planning and other change governance forums

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in implementation planning and core project management disciplines essential
• Knowledge and experience of Aviva Finance systems architecture beneficial
• Risk assessment / analytical skills essential
• Proven ability to communicate messaging to senior stakeholders
• Must be comfortable with agile delivery approach and tools such as Jira

• Starting salary between 80,000 and 110,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
