Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programmes that enhance employee performance and support organisational goals as part of our Digital Transformation Program. The Training Coordinator will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

Role

• Report to the Transformation Lead on Training progress and tracking
• Design and deliver engaging training programmes tailored to the needs of employees across various departments.
• Utilise tools such as Adobe Captivate to create interactive training materials.
• Mentor and support staff throughout their training journey, ensuring they have the resources needed for success.
• Collaborate with HR and Transformation officer to identify training needs and develop strategies that align with organisational objectives.
• Present training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective communication of key concepts.
• Maintain training records and documentation using platforms like SharePoint for easy access and tracking.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments, making improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Pre-requisites

Proven experience in a training or educational role, preferably within a corporate environment.

• Experience with e-learning tools such as Adobe Captivate and/or Camtasia is mandatory.
• SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change Cert is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Innovation, or any other Business field is mandatory.
• Ability to mentor others effectively, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in training methodologies.

Pay: £32,225.00-£34,420.00 per year
