WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Senior French-speaking Marketing Executive to join our team for Tech Show Paris. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering effective marketing campaigns and building strong engagement with our French-speaking audience.
You must have impeccable command of the French language, with perfect grammar, vocabulary, and a flair for creating compelling content. A proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential to thrive in this role.
THE ROLE
As the Senior Marketing Executive for Tech Show Paris, your role is to assist in strategy and execute successful marketing campaigns across a portfolio of products as directed by the Manager. To execute marketing campaigns above and below the line and new media. To establish relationships with key suppliers, outsourced companies and internal teams to ensure the tasks of each project are executed as directed. To deliver effective marketing campaigns that can be nominated for awards and ensure the smooth delivery of tasks aligned to the role.
MAIN DUTIES
- Implement marketing campaigns in line with the overall strategy, monitoring performance against KPIs, and ensuring all elements deliver measurable results.
- Lead the creation and updating of marketing assets, including website updates, social media content, email campaigns, and other promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the approved strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and driving revenue growth across all offerings, including digital products, sponsorship opportunities, and new revenue streams.
- Develop audience engagement plans and lead outbound messaging to ensure communications resonate with the French-speaking audience. Exceptional writing skills are critical.
- Collaborate with French and international partners to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with Tech Show Paris branding.
- Regularly analyse the marketing plan, audience demographics, KPIs, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Manage social media strategies and community-building efforts to boost engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and improve audience experiences.
- Oversee database and list management, working closely with the data teams to ensure data accuracy and growth.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of marketing performance metrics and forecasts.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting of marketing performance metrics and forecasts. Manage budgets, purchase orders, and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Assist with PR initiatives, including managing press lists, inviting media representatives, and fostering relationships to enhance visibility across all channels.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of visitor and delegate registration processes, ensuring attendance targets are met and insights are leveraged to enhance performance.
- Support the Marketing Manager and Event Director on business development strategies and execution, contributing insights and tactical support to drive growth.
ABOUT YOU
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in French with impeccable grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills. Proficiency in English is also required.
- Marketing Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the events or technology sectors.
- Content Creation Expertise: Proven ability to craft engaging and accurate French-language content across various platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate campaign performance, analyse data, and use insights to optimise strategies effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working as part of a team and liaising with various stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A flexible, proactive attitude to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic event portfolio.
