Role Overview
We're hiring for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us take our content to the next level! As a key player in executing our marketing strategy, you'll be responsible for developing content that not only speaks to our estate agent audience but drives engagement, brand loyalty, and business growth.
You will work closely with various teams to assist in creating a robust content marketing strategy aligned with our core brand pillars and target market. Your content will range from high-impact social media posts and paid ad assets to engaging case studies, infographics, webinars, and video content. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our messaging is consistent, creative, and on-brand across every touchpoint!
What you'll be doing
Craft compelling content across multiple formats, including social media, blogs, videos, case studies, and infographics, ensuring all materials speak to the needs and interests of estate agents.
Manage and amplify our digital presence by strategically distributing content via email, social media, and other digital marketing channels to build a strong, loyal online community.
Engage directly with our audience by fostering meaningful interactions, answering questions, and sharing customer stories to build trust and strengthen relationships.
Monitor and report on content performance, using data-driven insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and ROI across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media.
Adapt to industry trends by keeping content fresh and competitive, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the estate agent market.
Collaborate with the team to elevate both the GetAgent core brand and the GetAgent Exchange sub-brand, using strategic content to enhance brand visibility and perception
What we'll need from you
Experience creating high-quality, engaging B2B focused content across multiple channels, with an understanding of how to tailor content for different platforms.
Strong writing skills and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
A flair for social media and community management, with the ability to spark conversations and drive engagement.
Solid understanding of content marketing metrics and the ability to use data to optimise campaigns and report on performance.
Experience with video creation (shooting, editing, and production) is a plus, especially for content like product demos, customer testimonials, and explainer videos.
Experience in creating content for paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimising for performance across different channels is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience creating video content.
Experience with paid media campaigns and content optimization.
