Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in business analysis. As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
Duties
- Conduct thorough analyses of client operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive business analysis reports that highlight key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance.
- Monitor project progress and provide ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation phase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is essential
- SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change Management Methodology certificate is highly regarded
- Proven experience in a Admin role or similar position, with a strong emphasis on business analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.

Pay: £38,724.00-£41,245.00 per year
