We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketer – AdWords PPC Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in planning, implementing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and other paid media platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • PPC Campaign Management:
    • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google AdWords and other platforms.
    • Research keywords and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness.
    • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs for maximum conversion rates.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI).
    • Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Budget Management:
    • Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively.
    • Ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving desired KPIs.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify trends.
    • Implement strategies to outperform competitors in ad auctions.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:
    • Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
    • Continuously improve campaign performance through iterative testing.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets.
    • Partner with the analytics team to set up tracking and measure success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (AdWords Certification preferred).
    • Proven expertise in PPC campaigns with measurable results.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms.
    • Strong understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
    • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel for campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with remarketing and display campaigns.
  • Knowledge of other platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their synergy with PPC campaigns.
