Are you a passionate, creative, and driven professional looking for an exciting leadership role in the technology retail industry? We are looking for an experienced Evangelism Lead to take charge of our training content, manage a flagship Brand Champion program, and drive success in technology retail stores. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of our programs, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring flawless execution of program components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evangelism Strategy & Program Management: Lead and oversee the Brand Champion program, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with client objectives. Collaborate with clients to refine strategies, manage the execution of program activities, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Content Creation & Training: Co-create engaging and interactive training content for Learning Management Systems and Retailer Engagement Groups. Work closely with the National Trainer to ensure the timely delivery of relevant training materials.
- Performance & Data Analysis: Analyze performance and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to optimize program impact and drive success.
- Logistics & Operational Planning: Plan and schedule meetings, store visits, and oversee device seeding and swag distribution for Brand Champions. Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient execution.
- Community & Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the Brand Champion community through in-person and virtual interactions. Create and share engaging social media content to enhance community enthusiasm. Partner with the Account Manager to ensure program deliverables align with client expectations, providing detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on program performance.
- Experience in program management, evangelism, training, or a similar role within the retail or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation, including experience with Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply performance and sales data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and logistics efficiently.
