About Us:

We are subcontractors working on the OSA contract under Morrison TS, supporting the enhancement of Openreach's telecommunications infrastructure. Our team is dedicated to efficient and high-quality project delivery, and we are seeking an experienced Accounts System Administrator to join us.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts System Administrator with preferred experience in the Optimus system to handle job completion statements and ensure prompt payments. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in working out synthetic codes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently navigate the Optimus system to manage job completion statements.

Process and calculate synthetic codes to streamline payment processes.

Ensure all financial records are accurate and submitted promptly.

Liaise with internal teams and Morrison TS to resolve any discrepancies.

Maintain up-to-date records for all project financials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounts System Administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or construction industry.

Proficiency in using the Optimus system (preferred but not essential; training can be provided).

Strong understanding of synthetic codes and financial processing.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in an office-based setting.

Location and Hours:

This role is entirely office-based, with opportunities to work from our Maghull and Chequerbent offices. We offer flexible working options, including full-time or part-time positions, to suit the right candidate.
