I.T Telematics Desktop Administrator / Support

We are seeking to recruit a motivated person to work with us, dealing with after market automotive industry, to understanding the basics of our vehicle tracking platform, (telematics), vehicle video (CCTV) streaming service (full training provided).
we are constantly developing new products and services to allow us to tailor and integrate our systems and software to meet the evolving requirements of our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- customer service for all support queries .
- To help user problems, be proactive when dealing with user issues
- Maintain a knowledge base of the software we offer and hardware (training provided)
- Support users in the use of hardware /software equipment by providing necessary advice
- To arrange for external 3rd party support where problems cannot be resolved
- update documents accordingly
- Work from home/office/hybrid
- General automotive knowledge (but not necessary, can provide training)
